Peel Salon & Spa is dedicated to providing all its clients with a premier spa experience. To help us achieve this we ask that you observe the following etiquette:
Scheduled Appointments: To take full advantage of your spa experience we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations: Should you require a cancellation or date change, we request a minimum 24hr notice for a single service and 48hr notice for any multiple service or package. The client is subject to a 50% cancellation fee if in breach of this requirement. Cancellations left after-hours on our messaging service will be received on the next business day.
Group Bookings: Peel Salon & Spa is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or just relax and indulge with friends, family or colleagues. We are dedicated to helping you arrange the best celebration possible. Please call the spa directly at 403.202.4412 for more details.
Gratuities: Please note that gratuities have not been included in any of our service pricing, Gift Certificates and Spa Packages.
Gift Certificates: If you are using a Gift Certificate to pay for your Spa visit, it must be presented at the time of your service. Please note that Gift Certificates are non-refundable but fully transferable.
